Conditions of Booking A contract is made upon acceptance of the booking by Beekey Holidays Ltd ( the company ) and is subject to these conditions. 1, The person signing the booking form does so on his/her behalf of the other persons named on the booking form as if they were individual contracting parties. 2, The applicants undertake not to do on their own part or permit to be done by the persons under their control anything which may in the opinion of the company or Park Management be or become a nuisance, annoyance or in any way interfere with the quiet or general comfort of any guest on the park. 3, Only applicants named on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation and must not exceed the advertised capacity of the accommodation. Any breach of this condition shall entitle Beekey Holidays or the Park Management to terminate the booking and exclude from the park without refund both the unauthorised persons together with the applicants themselves. 4, Neither the company nor the Park Management nor it’s servants or agents can accept any liability for any death or personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their property during the period that they or any of them are at the holiday park. 5, The deposit shall be £100 per caravan per week and is non-refundable. 6, The deposit must accompany the application and it acts as a holding fee for the holiday and is non refundable if the holiday is cancelled. 7,All cancellations must be notified in writing. The date of cancellation is the date notification in writing is received by the company or if non payment of the balance 56 days to the commencement of the holiday (see condition 9). 8,The balance of the tariff is payable 56 days before the commencement of the holiday and failure to make such a payment will be treated by the company as cancellation of the booking. 9, In the event of the holiday being cancelled within 56 days of the commencement date of the holiday, the applicants will be liable to the company for a portion of the total cost in accordance with the following scales: Cancelled between 56-14 days before commencement 65% of total cost. Cancelled between 14-01 days before commencement 100% of total cost 10, Late bookings within 56 days of the commencement of the holiday must be paid for in full. Bookings made within 14 days of the commencement of the holiday must be paid for in full by bank or building society cheque or credit card. 11, If the accommodation allocated is not available for whatever reason and suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found for the period which the company accepted a booking, any remittance paid by the applicant will be refunded in full and will be regarded as full and final settlement in respect of the contract and any other claim whatsoever. 12, The company reserves the right to decline a booking if in it’s opinion the constitution of that booking party may lead to a situation that could prejudice the enjoyment or safety of other guests or staff. 13, Accommodation allocated must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. 14, The allocated accommodation together with the furnishings, fittings, utensils, equipment and other effects provided must be kept in a reasonable condition and left in such a state on departure. 15, The applicants will pay to the company for the full replacement value but not replace all items of furnishings, fittings, utensils, equipment and other effects that shall have been lost, broken or damaged during the period of their occupation. 16, In the event of there being no charge in complying with conditions 14 & 15, the housekeeping deposit will be refunded by cheque and posted to the address of the lead applicant on the booking form or credited to your credit / debit card within 7 days. 17,No cats, dogs, or pets permitted. 18, No single sex parties will be permitted. 19, The company will not be held liable for any cancellation or suspension or non availability of any park facilities or entertainment during the period which the company has accepted a booking by the applicant. 20, The company reserves the right to amend it’s prices at any time. 21, Prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate if and where applicable. The company reserves the right to amend the V.A.T. element of the charges in the event of a change in their rates as a result of government action. 22, The applicants accept and understand that while every effort has been made to provide accurate information, all descriptions and information in the brochure and literature provided are typical and not necessarily an exact representation. 23, Once a booking has been confirmed any change in the composition of the holiday party will incur an administrative charge of £9.50 Click here to return to the booking form page |
